Rewiring Costs

While our instant estimate tools is reliable a site survey is still required to finalise your quote. Some properties are more awkward than others to rewire and this is impossible for our estimating tool to pick up.

Once we have completed the site survey we aim to have your quote back to within 48 hours, this will be the final cost of the job and will not increase unless you require work therefore there are no hidden extras.

The size and accessibility of the property will play its part determining your quotation, for example properties such as downstairs flats with concrete floors with require more work than an upstairs flat with loft access and will therefore cost more to rewire even with a similar amount of electrical points.

Empty properties usually work out cheaper than occupied properties when it comes to rewiring, which is why it’s always recommended to have the rewiring done before you move in when buying a new home. Due to experience we can carry out most surveys and give an accurate quote using estate agents pictures.
